Mild mannered portrait photographer by day, artist by night?

Not quite, but I'm working on it.  During the day I’m a manager at Newbrough Photo.  It's a small, family owned business in Weirton, WV. My main responsibility is the portrait department, and I love the challenge of creating portraits that show a person's personality.

When I'm not a work, I like to stretch my creativity further. And not just in photography. I enjoy performing with area theater companies and singing at local events. 

I feel, by experimenting with various aspects of the arts, it allows me to bring a fresh perspective to my day job. 

Education is also the key. I am proud to be a member of the Professional Photographers of West Virginia.  I find  that  by attending seminars and classes, with my fellow professionals, I reexamine my work and come back to the studio with a new perspective.

Perhaps all this doesn't come with a cape, but just give me time!
